By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

- A "Report a Scam" feature and other contact or submission options.
Important: We do not guarantee employment, earnings, or any specific outcome. Our content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as legal, financial, or career advice. You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on information found on the Site.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
- Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information in scam reports, contact forms, or any other submission.

5. Scam Reports and Other Submissions
When you submit a scam report, contact form, or any other content through the Site ("Submissions"), you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide such information. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process your Submissions (including in anonymized or aggregated form) for the purpose of operating the Site, responding to you, improving our content and warnings, and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not guarantee that every report will be published, investigated, or acted upon. We may edit, anonymize, or decline to publish Submissions at our discretion. We are not a law enforcement or regulatory agency; we cannot recover lost funds or take legal action on your behalf. For fraud or financial loss, you should report to the FTC (ReportFraud.ftc.gov), your state attorney general, and your financial institution.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software) are owned by YourJobsReview, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Site or its content without our prior written consent, except that you may view and print a reasonable number of copies for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your access and may expose you to legal action.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOURJOBSREVIEW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE. YOU USE THE SITE AND RELY ON ANY CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YOURJOBSREVIEW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT THEREON, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YourJobsReview and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, (c) your Submissions, or (d) any infringement by you of any third party's rights. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
10. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by YourJobsReview. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You access and use such third-party links at your own risk. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit. The inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement of the linked site or any association with its operators.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including without limitation Sections 5–9 and 12–14) shall survive.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.
